▶GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ACA2400T is an analog balanced servo inclinometer manufactured byRIONTechnology. Its principle is composed of five parts: non-contact
displacement sensor, torque motor, error and amplification circuit,
feedback circuit, and cantilever mass. The accuracy of this series
of inclinometers is much superior to the inclination sensors of the
electrolyte principle or the capacitance principle in
non-linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, temperature drift and
operating temperature, impact resistance, vibration and other
properties.Internally integrated 32-bit ARM high-end system,
resolution 0.0005 °, accuracy 0.005 °, temperature drift: 0.0008 °
C / °, non-contact installation characteristics make the ACA2400T
have good system integration, Just fix the sensor on the surface of
the measured object with screws,
It can automatically calculate the attitude and inclination of the
object. It is simple to use and does not need to find the relative
change of the two surfaces to install. It has strong resistance to
external electromagnetic interference and strong ability to
withstand shock and vibration. It has a strong competitive
advantage among domestic counterparts, and is professionally used
in the industrialfields required by high-end users.
Please follow the correct way to install tilt sensor, incorrect
installation can causemeasurement errors, with particular attention to the "surface",
"line"::1)TheSensor mounting surface and the measured surface must be fixed
closely, smoothly, stability,if mounting surface uneven likely to
cause the sensor to measure the angle error. See Figure Pic.AB
2)The sensor axis and the measured axis must be parallel ,the two
axes do not produce the angle as much as possible. See Figure
